For the last two mornings when I went in to wake Malia up I found her laying sideways in her bed with her feet stuck between the bars and her head off the edge.

Week in review

We converted Malia's crib to her big girl bed after she threw herself out of her crib one night. She sleeps on the very edge of her bed now, but surprisingly she hasn't gotten out when we put her to bed at night.
Jason rented an excavator to start fixing up our back yard over the weekend. On Friday Malia was scared of it, but by Sunday she was helping him dig up the yard with it.
On Saturday Malia and I babysat her cousin Landon. He's getting so big and doing more and more every time we see him. I think Malia and Landon are going to have a lot of fun together as they get older.

Grandma Debi brought cousin Landon over on Saturday, we had a really nice visit with them.

Helping with yard work

Jason was clearing part of our back yard and Malia was helping out by bringing him branches. All of that hard work made her thirsty so she went over and drank all of Jason's water.
