On Saturday we met up with our friends Jaime and Gianni and their kids Luca and Brando at Grasslawn park. I think all three of the kids had a lot of fun, we'll definitely be meeting up there again soon.

We had an open house on Sunday so had to be out of the house for four hours. My friend Leah and I took Malia to the "Taste of Edmonds", where she had a corn dog and her own cup of ice cream.

New Barbie Jeep

We got a "new" Barbie Jeep from Jason's co-worker's girlfriend. Malia's going to be tearing up the backyard in no time.

We went to a bbq last weekend and I was holding a friends baby-Justin, Malia got jealous and had to sit on my lap too.

Meeting Isabella

Last night we went to our friends house who have a three week old baby girl, Isabella. This was the only picture we got of the two together. I love Malia's look of "why is she crying".

National night out against crime

Tonight is "National night out against crime" and Monroe had a big community get together at a local park so Malia and I went for awhile.

They had a lot of police officers:About six bouncy houses, unfortunately Malia is still too small to go in them, maybe next year:And a lot of booths with useful information on how to keep your family safe. Plus the booths gave away fun things like crime scene tape, mini frisbees, and balloons.

Coleslaw

Thank you to our friends Marsha, Jeff and Korey for coming over for dinner on Friday night and leaving us yummy coleslaw; Malia loved having the leftovers on Saturday!
