Day at the park

Today Malia and I went to the local park to try out the swings. She loved it; I think we will be spending a lot of time there this summer!

Applesauce

We are moving on to bigger foods, like stage 1 applesauce. We ended up with it everywhere tonight and had to change Malia's clothes.

And then she grabbed the spoon and made a bigger mess.

Warning

What else can you do with a warning sticker from one of Malia's new toys? Stick it on her!

First ice cream

We had Cold Stone ice cream over the weekend. I think it's a little cold for her liking because she kept making this face:

Bath time-again

Malia has a new robe, she loves putting it on after her baths.

Four months old

I took her into the doctor for her four month check-up. Her stats were 15 lbs 9 oz and 26 1/4 inches. She's in the 97% for height and 90% for weight. We were also given permission to start cereal so the second picture is her reaction to her first taste of rice cereal.

Baby Idol

I entered her into a local contest to find Seattle's cutest baby! There were over 6000 contestants.

Harley Cutie

Working

Malia was helping Grandpa work.

Joe cool

We tried on mom's sunglasses, just in case it gets sunny.

New hat

I just think this is cute, doesn't she look all innocent.

Tired baby

When Malia is tired she puts her hands over her face or up over her head. That's when we know to leave her alone and let her go to sleep.

Easter

We bought Malia a "Baby's first Easter" onesie set with a bunny tail on the back and little bunny heads on the feet. She also got a gigantic pair of bunny ears that were huge on her, so we will be able to use them again and again.

Three months old

Since there isn't a 30th in the month of February we had to pick a day to celebrate Malia's three month birthday. This picture was taken late on the 29th. It's a good thing this was a leap year or we wouldn't even have had a 29th.

Snow day

I was supposed to go back to work today (Jan 28th) but it snowed, so I stayed home with Malia and we went out to play.

Mall outing

This was taken at Alderwood Mall, we're there pretty much every weekend but dad was testing out his new phone.

Picture time

Jessica and I had Malia's pictures taken for Jason's birthday, these are just a few.

Two months old

On January 30th Malia turned two months old.

Malia loves Daddy

We got this onesie at Old Navy. She loves her Daddy!

Bath time

Malia loves to take baths, hopefully in the future she loves swimming like her mom does.
Just out of the bath and squeaky clean!

Drying off on the stove!

Then she goes to "Daddy's hair salon" where she gets a blow dry and style; cute huh?

First photo shoot

When Malia was two weeks old we had a friend of the family volunteer to take pictures of her, who could pass up almost professional pictures of a newborn? These are just two of my favorites!

First Christmas

Malia was a little bit less than a month old for her first Christmas. Grandpa Ken bought her a dress before she was even born, it was a little big but we made it work. We had Grandpa Ken, Grandma Debi and Uncle Dustin over for Christmas morning and then we went to Grandma Vickie's for Christmas dinner. It was an exhausting day.

Meet Malia Nicole Osborn

Malia Nicole Osborn was born on November 30, 2007 at 12:58 am weighing in at a whopping 10 lbs 8 oz and 22 inches long, she is a very welcomed addition to our family.
Malia resting on me while waiting to be discharged from the hospital. She's such a peaceful baby!

Sleeping with Daddy in the hospital, aren't they cute?!?!

Sleeping during our hospital stay. Do you see a theme here? She's a good little sleeper!!!
